If You Were Here Tonight

Today went out with Bi qing lao shi and Ran Ran to bugis to help Bi qing Lao shi to choose Shiao Hong's present. Bi Qing Lao shi dont really know what type of bags and patterns that's suitable for Shiao Hong. We found a orange slim bag and the quality of the bag quite good.

We went to support Mei Ling and James angklung concert in their school today. It was good. I like two songs when they played were spirited away and canon. :) good job for the performance today.

Yesterday at Plaza Singapura John Little i saw 2 nice T-shirts.
The brand Sufer Paradise there's this T sell only $13.
The other shirt i saw was $23 something. Kinda retro type of T-shirt.
After that I went to find my God sister at Killney Rd but i couldn't find her. Probably she's not working yesterday. Sad!
Oh! I found NTUC fair price as i continue to walk down from Killney Rd. But slightly far away from Somerset and was roughly about 10 plus minutes walked. At least i bought a drink at NTUC, so i didnt walk for nothing. ha!

lrene,my secondary school friend saw me at the SK Mrt when i on my way home. I was surprised to see her as we didn't see each other for 2 years or even more. I forgot how i know her in school last time.

We did have a good chat on our way home as she stay quite near my block.
Although she stop studying since sec 4, She's been traveling to lots of countries with few of her secondary school good friends. Now she's learning several things from her interest. One of the things she is learning now is drum and just past her test few days ago. Cool!

Anyway all the best to her in what she's learning.

'A Hatful of Stars II ' Modern Dance Production

Yesterday went to see Trixie and Theresa's modern dance concert at Nangyang Girls High. It held at Siew May Auditorium.
The auditorium facilities were good and kinda high class to me. haha..
The students really gave their very best on the stage. The energy, smile and most importantly unity, were there as they dance. I'm so Impressed!
Few students have the potiential in dance too.. cool!
Anyway, the concert was great and i did enjoy myself.

Yesterday I went out with my mum to have our lunch at Villa Seafood Galleria at Labrador Nature Reserve place since my mum had 20 dollars voucher. The scenery was great as you can see the sea, boats and the big blue sky. Kinda high class restaurant and EX. One glass of lime juice is about $5 but with special promotion yesterday. Buy 1 free 1.hahaha

If you are going there to eat pls bring cash, they dont use nets to pay the bills.
Thank God, i did asked my mum whether she brought enough cash before we went in to eat.
Not easy to come by just to eat in Villa Seafood Galleria. At Habour front still need to take bus 143, 5 bus stops later then alight. After that from the bus stop still need to walk in 10 to 15 minutes into Labrador Reserve.
Abit scary as we walked in and see lots of big tall trees. My mum thank me for coming along and she even scared that later got monkey suddenly jump out of the tress to attack us or something. But there was no monkey. -_-!
Anyway the food was great...

After our lunch we went to Vivo to shop. My mum don't go shopping with my dad often as my dad likes to stay at home sometimes. So since my mum never go Vivo before, i accompanied her to shop and buy her groceries at Giant.

We went in to Daiso to shop and Pet safari to see puppies too. I saw a 2 months old Maltese sleeping. So cute.

I had a wonderful time with my mum yesterday as both of us dont go out together often.

Today went out to PS with my good friend Shulin and 4 years never see each other, Lex and her sister Zhou ling. Lex and Zhou ling are twins but one les and the other just became a mother of a baby. I keep calling the wrong names as both of them had changed their names since sec 4. Both of them their usual names are Esther and Pei shi. Oh btw Zhou ling brought along her 3 month old baby Jayme Fong. so cute!

We went to cafe cartel to eat dinner Shuling wanna eat beef steak. I spent $11.80 for the pasta.. so full. After eating we walk to heeren as Lex and Zhou ling plus Lex's gf going to meet another friend there. Shu lin suggested to shop with me when we reach heeren. When we reach heeren was already 9:40pm like that.. so the shops were close. :(

Actually today's gathering should have 6 friends coming, but suddenly due to their own problems they can't turn up for gathering. But thank God Zhou ling and her baby came along so total about 5 included Jayme. haha

Before we met up I was on my way to dhoby ghuat mrt as ppl started sms me that they couldn't come due to their reasons. At first, the ppl who comfirm to come only me and Shulin. I told Shu lin maybe we can have candle light dinner. That time Lex haven sms me so i assumed she cannot come too. Then me and Shu lin suggested to go on a so called "date" as both agreed. haha
Suddenly Lex called me and said that she's coming with Zhou ling and immediately after the call i sms Shu lin to tell her that Lex will be coming too. The Shu lin replied, " Spoil our date" . I was laughing la so funny. Don't worry although we always play and disturbed each other, non of us are les. :) Shu lin have a bf for 4 years already.

Anyway i enjoy the gathering today.

A well-known speaker started off his seminar by holding up a $20.00 bill.

In the room of 200, he asked. "Who will like this $20 bill?"

Hands started going up.

He said, "I am going to give this $20 to one of you but first, let me do this."

He proceeded to crumple up up the $20 dollar bill.

My friends, we have all learned a very valuable lesson.

No matter what i did to the money,

Fellowship Gathering at City Hall

Today was fun... I had a wonderful time with our YA Brothers Sisters and friends.
We went to Uma Uma Ramen a Japanese Restaurant to eat. We ordered set meals except Wei Wei and Lin Qian ordered buffet. Lin Qian don't know some of the dishes she ordered are large portion with lots of sushi. We can't share the buffet set only Lin Qian And Wei Wei eat only. If not we need to pay double as well as Wei Wei and Lin Qian if they can't finish the food too. Pay for wastage of food.

After our dinner, we head down to City Link for Ice-Cream.

Poly, Unsuccessful !

Just done with writing letters to appeal Poly in NYP and RP. Yup! I was unsuccessful to get in to Poly. Don't worry not just me who couldn't get in to the poly we wanted. Even my friends who scored 3 pointers couldn't get in too. Most of our classmates can't get in poly probably due to the vacancy was occupied by other students who's O level and Ite Nitec courses to get in Poly first. One of my friend who graduated from Nitec ITE already started his A maths class today. Wow So hard! He took engineering course that why. :)

If i apply engineering or electronic courses i sure get in because not many people will apply only guys and few girls who are interested. One of my classmates got in as he apply engineering course rather then IT. Most of our classmates who applied IT couldn't got into the courses we wanted. So today i use my free time to go down to appeal Poly. But if i still can't get in Poly then its ok, shall plan to work or study private classes that applies in future.

My Results In final Higher Nitec ITE

Weee so happy with my final results. Simply like to thank God for that.
I got A for my Attachment and B for my Multi Application Development.
So added 0.244 from 2.490 to 2.734 for my GPA. Woohoo!
I thought i will get a C for my Multi Application Development since my web design quite simple, not much animations compared to my friends web design and i anyhow did it.
Getting a B grade was a surprised to me. Getting a A grade for my attachment simply paid off la.
My buddy and i suffer like mad. Cannot sleep well(stress), need to wake up at 5:40am, leave house at 6:15am,catch a bus at 8am at Jurong East, handle customer complain calls and needs in the end no appetite to eat. Mentally down and tired every single day. To us like hell there need some air to breathe.

Although I'm not the 3 pointers in my GPA like few of my friends, But I'm still happy and contented with the marks i have now compared to my previous GPA.
I know few of my friends have been praying for me even in my posting to poly. Thank you guys so much.
